Visual Calendar Planner (VCP) has many features that many people believe essential to a time manager program, like having the option to write assignments, addresses and so on. This program is the answer for all of us who until now have used Post-It notes, and handwritten calendars.

When you start up VCP, you see a big calendar showing the entire month. Every date has a textbox where you can enter text. You can choose different types of font and color for every textbox. Instead of entering appointments at the appropriate times, as you would on an ordinary time manager, you simply enter your notes under the desired date in Visual Calendar Planner.

On the left of the calendar, you have 4 buttons. With these buttons, you can choose between week-view or month-view. You have a lot of space to enter data under each date. If you choose to take a quick, and detailed look at all the notes for one day, you can zoom in on the wanted text and view this in a separate window. Text can be highlighted and copied between different dates, as simple as 'Drag & Drop'. With the right mouse button, you can see a menu where you have the option to Cut, Copy, Paste, Select All and Undo.

On the bottom of the screen, you see the month and year. By double-clicking here, you view a dialog box which gives you the option to choose between different months and years.

VCP can be set as a Wallpaper and be automatically updated in the background on exiting, so that you can always see the calendar while performing other tasks in WINDOWS. This can be very convenient, since you need not start up the entire program whenever you want to see your notes on what to do.

With the FIND function, you can search the text. The calendar can be printed, and as easily in color if you have a color printer.
