Internet/Telephone Orders
Download Delivery
When the customer places an order for a product via the Internet or through telephone via Digibuy, the product will be delivered electronically via an Internet download link on the success confirmation page as well as in a download link contained within the email sent to customer. All orders are processed upon receipt. The email will be sent to the email address that
was provided by the customer in the order form. Customers are responsible for providing a correct, accessible and active email account
to which the email confirmation will be sent. inKline Global is not responsible for non-delivery
of the email due to incorrect email addresses, or inactive or inaccessible email accounts.
Physical Delivery
For physical shipment of the Free CD that has been selected in the
order process, the CD usually will be shipped out within 24 hours. For purchases made on weekends (Sat and Sun) and Public Holidays, the product
will be shipped out on the next business day. Shipping of the physical product is made through normal mail. The CD is free but Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable once the product
has been shipped out. Customers must ensure that the delivery address
they provided in the order form is complete and correct. Incomplete mailing address may result in the delay of shipping. Incorrect mailing address
may cause the non-delivery of the product.
Fax/Mail/Purchase Orders
Orders are processed within 24 hours upon receipt. The product will be delivered using download delivery as stated above. If customer has
opted to receive the Free CD, the CD will be shipped out within 24 hours after the
order has been processed.
