Q: I've lost my registration code, what can I do?

If you made your purchase within one year, please click here to submit your inquiry and select 'Lost Registration Code'.

If you have lost your registration code but have already exceeded your entitled one year warranty and support, you have to extend your support policy by upgrading to the latest release of our software in order to reinstate your lost registration number, please click here to submit your inquiry and select 'Product Upgrades'.

Q: I have two computers, do I need to purchase two license copies?

License Agreement:

"InKline Global Products are licensed on a per user basis. The license grants the user the right to install and use the software on one or more computers as long as the total number of users does not exceed the license quantity."

Q: Are your products and registration fees a one-time purchase?

It is a one-time purchase payment until you decide to make a major upgrade to a newer version.

The cost of major upgrade is very nominal at a special exclusive rate compared to the usual price. Look out for special upgrade offers in our newsletters sent out to you periodically.

Customers who exceed the 1 year of purchase are not entitled for free minor upgrades unless customers renew their support policy.

There is no requirement to enter any registration code if you have purchased our products online. The reason is that the download links given to the customers to download the products are already the full version of the products themselves.

If you installed the product from the CD, the registration code is inside the CD cover. 

In case where customer did not purchase the product, but instead requested for the trial version in CD, the registration code will not be provided as the customer is required to purchase the license in order to use the full product.
