BMI, which is also called Body Mass Index, is a ratio between a person's weight
in KG and the square of his height in metres. BMI estimates how much fat is on
your body. Take for example, if a BMI of at least 25 means you are overweight.
If you have BMI of 30 or more you are obese. If you have BMI of 23, it means you
are on perfect weight. Generally, the higher your BMI, the higher your weight
risk.
How do you determine I am overweight or underweight or perfect weight?
Fat Buster uses your weight and height to determine if you are overweight,
underweight or have acceptable weight. When you use a weighing scale, it doesn't
tell you if you need to lose weight. It is because different people of the same
height and weight can have different bone structure and have different amounts
of muscle and body fat. For most adults, using BMI and waist size are reliable
methods to determine if you are overweight, and to estimate your risk for health
problems.
How does Fat Buster use BMI to tailor my personal weight loss plan then?
Fat Buster will not only use your BMI as a gauge, it also analyzes your
character, your feelings, daily activities etc in order to generate the best
weight loss plan especially tailored to fit into your lifestyle. As a result,
you won't feel like you have to go that extra mile to shed those dreadful pounds.
Does having a "perfect weight" mean I am not fat?
Not necessarily. Being in a "Perfect" weight range means you fall within the
desirable BMI based on your weight and height. Some people will still be unhappy
with certain parts of their body and want to lose weights on targeted spots. If
you have a "perfect" weight, you can still lose more pounds by selecting your
targeted weight loss areas. Fat Buster recommends you lose 1 to 2 kg below your
perfect weight for optimized results.
Say you are on a perfect weight of 48 - 49 kg. Fat Buster will go all the way to
maintain your perfect weight but if you feel like shedding more pounds, you can
chose to target weight loss at 47 - 48kg, 46 - 47 kg
How long do I need to stick to my Fat Buster plan?
Our Fat Buster plan is made to help you achieve results within a 10 weeks period
with its feel good, lose weight plan.
I lead a busy lifestyle and I don't like to include Exercise as part of the Fat
Buster program. If I exclude Exercise from my plan, will I sabotage my weight
loss goals?
No, you will still achieve the same weight loss goal you set for yourself by
focusing on more of your preferred, alternative methods such as Holistic Therapy
and Food plans. Either way, Fat Buster makes sure you achieve your goal just the
way you want it.
Can I check my menu plan for last week?
Yes. You can either slide on the chart arrow or click on that day using the
calendar on the Main Menu screen.
How do I access my "Therapy", "Food" and "Exercise" schedule and program items when I am inside
the program?
Just simply click on the "icons" for each day and your personal coach will show
you the activities for the day. For example, when you click on the shoe icon, a
popup will appear that teaches you the exercise for the day.
What if I don't like the meal plan my personal coach suggests?
We know there is no one taste which fits all. Our wide database of food items
ensures that you get the perfect meal you love to eat and yet stay right on this
program. Did you see the "Show me a different meal"? Click on this link to
browse through different meals of your choice.
I am always on the go. I don't have time to sit down and prepare a proper meal.
I realize I need to spend 45mins to prepare of the meals!
Not to worry, we have quick and easy meals options which require less than
10mins to prepare, which contain less than 300 calories!

How do I know if I am reaching my weight loss goal?
You will be asked to enter your daily weight to measure effectiveness over time.
Under your Fat Buster plan, we have stored your current and target weight and
let you know how far you are away from your goal. Every time you run this
program, this information are readily available on your progress chart.
How do I view my progress?
You can track on your progress by going to "Goals Manager" From here, you can
see what your original weight was, what your target weight is, and your weight
over time as you get nearer to your target weight goals.
What if I want to readjust my weight loss plan at any point of time? Say I want
to shorten my 10 weeks?
Yes, you can. Go to "Plan Customization" where you can further personalize your
plan to your personal preferences. We understand there is no one plan which fits
all so we allow the users to decide which area they want to put more effort in
to see better results.
I am going for a vacation. I can't stick to my Fat Buster plans! Help!
You can reschedule your plan to the time when you can get back to the program.
You can also extend the plan by rescheduling the activities.
I don't have prior knowledge on Holistic Therapy and I am not an expert on
fitness/health. I am afraid I can't catch up with any of these.
Do not worry, in the "Plan Customization" area, you can choose alternative
weight loss programs which works best for you. For example, if you prefer low
carbohydrates food, you can tick this option and you plan is again generated
towards your choice of weight loss.
What if I feel like giving up halfway?
Remember your personal coach? He is available 24/7 to guide and cheer you along.
How does the personal coach help me?
We know it is not easy to lose weight so we have especially assigned you your
own personal coach giving you all the encouragement you need to hold on there!
